Your Role

As the Head of ICM Financial Crime Risk Controls and the COE, you will be responsible to deliver 1LoD Financial Crime Risk Controls and ensure risk management connectivity with Regional NFRMC Leads.

What You'll Do: 

• Manage 1LoD FCR Controls including Nesting, M202 Misuse, AAR, Real Time Circumvention Controls, Payment Transparency, Threat Analytics/Target Reviews, and Concentration of Risk Assessments.
• Support Client Engagements, Affiliate Reviews, Industry Collaboration, Outreach and Partnerships with data and results stemming from FCR control activities.
• Manage a high performing team in various locations ensuring unified risk management and quality of delivery.
• Support adhoc projects, risk reviews, system enhancement testing, and more.

Skills You'll Need: 

• Prior experience in regulatory, audit and financial crime compliance is required And account activity / financial crime investigations management experience is highly preferred. 

• Relevant experience with ICM products, clients, and stakeholders

• Serve as point person in relation to controls, risks, and other Financial Crime Risk Management topics

• Provide support to Regional NFRC Leads as part of ongoing client engagement

• Prior experience in regulatory, audit and financial crime compliance is required

• Partner with all stakeholders on regulatory, risk management, or client specific issues, projects, and complaint resolutions

• Lead people with inspiration and ensure a high performing team
