Role Focus Areas

Culture & Values Alignment: Help shape, nurture and embed culture across all levels

Performance Management Support: Design & improve frameworks, assist managers, support goal setting & reviews

Leadership & People Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to founders, leaders, and people managers

Assist in solving People issues: Advice team on how to act on complex HR issues

What Were Looking For

15+ years of HR experience including working with professional services companies. Exposure to startups and large accounting/legal firms will be a plus.

Quick to move

Worked with top management/ promoter group

A natural collaborator who can step in and support wherever required
