Role Purpose
The Head Human Resources will act as a strategic business partner to leadership, responsible for building a strong people ecosystem across real estate, villas, resorts, hotels, and corporate functions. The role focuses on talent acquisition, culture building, compliance, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning, aligned with fast-growing real estate and hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with real estate project lifecycles and hospitality operations
- Act as a trusted advisor to MD and leadership on organization structure, manpower planning, and succession
- Build scalable HR frameworks for multi-project, multi-location environments
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead senior and lateral hiring for projects, sales, hospitality operations, engineering, finance, and corporate roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for pre-opening hospitality projects
- Build strong talent pipelines through consultants, industry networks, and referrals
- Control hiring budgets and optimize cost-per-hire
3. Performance Management & Rewards
- Design and drive KPI-based performance management systems
- Implement incentive plans for sales, project teams, and hospitality staff
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, increments, and promotions
- Drive productivity and accountability culture
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build high-trust employee relationships across corporate office, project sites, and hospitality units
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale
- Drive leadership communication and townhalls
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
- Manage HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory audits
- Handle vendor management for payroll, staffing, and training partners
6. Learning, Development & Culture
- Identify capability gaps and implement structured training programs
- Drive leadership development for mid and senior management
- Embed service culture for hospitality teams and execution discipline for real estate teams
- Strengthen employer branding and internal culture

Desired Candidate Profile (Mandatory)
- 15+ years of HR experience
- Background exclusively in Real Estate and/or Hospitality industry
- Experience managing HR for projects, resorts, hotels, villas, or large real estate developments
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Proven leadership in handling high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
