Our client is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the HR function of their hospital . This role requires strong expertise in healthcare HR practices, policy design, and people management , with the ability to drive organizational excellence in a dynamic environment.

What youll do:

• Lead the hospitals HR function, ensuring alignment with clinical and administrative goals.
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to management and medical leadership.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies tailored to healthcare.
• Conduct gap analysis and implement HR process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Design and refine HR policies in line with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversee HRMS implementation and leverage technology for streamlined hospital HR operations.
• Champion change management initiatives to support organizational growth and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare-specific statutory requirements, and ethical practices.
• Build strong employee relations, grievance redressal mechanisms, and engagement programs.
• Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and service excellence.
