Our client is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the HR function of their hospital . This role requires strong expertise in healthcare HR practices, policy design, and people management , with the ability to drive organizational excellence in a dynamic environment.
What youll do:
- Lead the hospitals HR function, ensuring alignment with clinical and administrative goals.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to management and medical leadership.
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies tailored to healthcare.
- Conduct gap analysis and implement HR process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Design and refine HR policies in line with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Oversee HRMS implementation and leverage technology for streamlined hospital HR operations.
- Champion change management initiatives to support organizational growth and staff engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare-specific statutory requirements, and ethical practices.
- Build strong employee relations, grievance redressal mechanisms, and engagement programs.
- Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and service excellence.
