Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head HR to lead our global people strategy. The ideal candidate will drive a high-performance culture through strategic workforce planning, employee experience, talent development, and HR technology. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Align HR initiatives with long-term business strategy and growth goals.
- Develop and execute workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Use data and insights to proactively close skill gaps and anticipate talent needs.
Retention
- Design innovative strategies to attract, onboard, and retain top talent globally.
- Champion a compelling employer brand to increase quality referrals and reduce attrition.
- Collaborate with department heads to define evolving talent needs.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Cultivate an inclusive, high-ESAT and high-eNPS culture across all locations.
- Lead global engagement programs, employee surveys, and feedback loops.
- Improve the employee journeyfrom onboarding to exitwith a people-first mindset.
Learning & Talent Development
- Oversee L&D strategy to build capabilities for today and tomorrow.
- Design and implement career progression frameworks and leadership development programs.
- Build a coaching culture to support high-potential talent.
Performance Management
- Lead implementation of performance management systems aligned to business KPIs.
- Promote a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Establish recognition programs that reinforce values and excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation structures.
- Oversee wellness, health, and retirement benefit programs tailored to global teams.
- Drive fairness and transparency in pay practices.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Lead HR efforts during transitions such as restructuring and market expansion.
- Strengthen organizational design, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Foster resilience and agility during change.
HR Technology & Analytics
- Lead digital HR transformation using HRIS, AI, and automation tools.
- Use data and dashboards to guide decisions across talent, performance, and culture.
- Champion systems that simplify, scale, and enable smarter HR practices.
Legal Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international employment laws.
- Oversee employee relations and grievance resolution frameworks.
- Maintain strong ethical standards and governance across HR policies.
Employee Health, Safety & Well-being
- Champion programs for mental health, physical wellness, and work-life balance.
- Ensure safe and supportive workplaces globally.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Engage employees in community initiatives and CSR programs.
- Align CSR with company values to drive meaningful impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience with HR platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience working for a Technology Service Provider
- 5+ years Global Operations experience (India, US and Philippines) at the senior management or higher level
- 5+ years of Digital HR tools, retention and regulatory compliance
- Leadership experience in managing Global teams and emphasis on strategic transformation and leadership impact
- Business degree plus continued executive certifications
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- SHRM Certification/CHRO program or equivalent experience.
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), Helpdesk, IT Infrastructure Management, and offshore IT dedicated staff)
