Head of Human Resources

Guru Kirpa Immigration & Education Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing immigration and education consulting company with 100+ employees across multiple branches . We operate in a high-performance, sales-driven environment where discipline, accountability, and results matter.

This is NOT a soft HR role .

We are looking for a strong, authoritative Head HR who has experience managing sales teams, call centers, or immigration companies and can independently handle discipline, performance, hiring, and attrition .

You will report directly to the Owner and will have full authority over HR operations.

• Handle end-to-end HR for 100+ employees
• Drive bulk & replacement hiring (telecallers, counsellors, ops)
• Implement attendance, discipline & performance systems
• Issue warnings, PIP, show-cause & exit recommendations
• Control attrition and absenteeism
• Own HR operations & payroll coordination
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with branch heads
• Reduce owner dependency through SOPs and authority matrix

• 6+ years HR experience in sales / call center / immigration
• Previously handled 80150 employees
• Comfortable with targets, pressure & accountability
• Strong command over discipline management
• Experience in high-attrition environments
