Anubavam is a global technology company operating across India, Malaysia, UAE, and the U.S., specializing in AI-driven digital transformation.

Creatrix Campus, our flagship higher-education platform, powers student lifecycle management, academic operations, accreditation workflows, and enterprise automation for universities worldwide.

We are scaling fast, reorganizing for global growth, and building an AI-native operating model across the entire company including HR.

We are now hiring a Head of HR who is not only strong in traditional HR leadership but is fully capable of running an AI-enabled HR organization.

Role Summary

The Head of HR will lead the complete people function hiring, performance, culture, policies, capability development, and organizational planning with an explicit focus on AI adoption, automation, analytics, and system design. This is not an administrative HR role; it is a strategic leadership position that ensures our workforce is future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Align HR operations with company strategy and OKRs.
  • Build scalable people systems that support global expansion.
  • Own workforce planning, succession planning, and role clarity.

2. AI-Driven HR Operations

The Head of HR must be able to use AI tools, not just talk about them. Required capabilities:

  • Use AI to automate repetitive HR workflows (hiring, onboarding, documentation).
  • Train teams to use AI assistants for daily work (summaries, content drafting, meeting prep).
  • Use AI to run predictive analytics (attrition, workload forecasting, training needs).
  • Review and implement AI-enhanced HR systems (dashboards, risk alerts, sentiment analysis).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure HR is fully integrated into our AI-native architecture.

3. HR Business Partnership

  • Support all business units with structured, high-quality HR guidance.
  • Anticipate challenges and advise senior leaders proactively.
  • Ensure organizational changes, growth, and new initiatives are supported by strong people processes.

4. Talent Acquisition & Branding

  • Build a fast, reliable hiring engine for global roles.
  • Design competency scorecards, structured interviews, and AI-supported assessments.
  • Strengthen employer branding across LinkedIn and other channels.

5. Performance Management & Capability Development

  • Define clear performance expectations, feedback models, and scoring criteria.
  • Build skill frameworks and growth paths for every role.
  • Integrate AI into performance reviews and development plans.

6. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience

  • Lead culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values.
  • Standardize onboarding, communication standards, and engagement routines.
  • Handle conflicts, escalations, and employee concerns with fairness and clarity.

7. HR Operations, Policies & Compliance

  • Build unified, compliant HR policies across multiple regions.
  • Manage HR documentation, audits, contracts, and legal coordination.
  • Ensure high discipline in attendance, payroll coordination, and data governance.

Required Qualifications

  • 1015 years of HR leadership experience in IT/SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to implement AI tools and automation inside HR.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational design background.
  • Experience running performance management and building capability frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Experience operating across multiple countries is a plus.
