Head of Human Resources

Job Role :

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring development, alignment and delivery of HR programs and processes through effective business partnership, data driven decisions, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The role will have direct oversight of the following portfolios

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Zonal HRBP team supporting Sales & Marketing and Corporate verticals
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational goals
• Collaborate with the HR Head to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities
• Design, implement, and govern HR programs, policies, and processes
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations delivery (Hire to Retire lifecycle)
• Drive Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development initiatives
• Lead Performance Management and Rewards programs across Corporate, Plant, and Sales & Marketing
• Design and implement competitive Compensation & Benefits frameworks, especially for field sales teams
• Anchor Workforce Planning, budgeting, and manpower control (in collaboration with Plant HR Head)
• Leverage HR technology, analytics, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
• Ensure talent sufficiency and build a skilled, engaged, and motivated workforce
• Manage employee relations and ensure strong HR governance across locations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA with min 20+ Years Experience.
• Extensive HR experience, preferably in Sales & Marketing environments with field team exposure
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management, compensation & benefits
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience working with HRIS and HR analytics tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
