About the Position

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused HR Leader to support the growth and performance of our India operations across two locations in Bengaluru. This role is critical in shaping the employee experience, scaling talent capabilities, and enabling operational excellence across functions including Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and GCC capabilities Finance, HR, and Technology.

The HR Leader will operate in a matrixed environment, partnering closely with global HR leadership and local functional teams. This role will drive workforce strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and HR governance to support the organizations mission of delivering enterprise-critical services.

What You Will Do

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Lead workforce planning and headcount growth across functions.
  • Partner with global and local leaders to forecast talent needs and align hiring strategies.

Culture & Engagement

  • Shape and sustain a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with enterprise values.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback loops.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR service delivery, including onboarding, employee relations, and policy adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with India labor laws and enterprise risk standards.

Leadership Development & Capability Building

  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability ramp-up across functions.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.

Governance & Metrics

  • Track and report HR KPIs (e.g., attrition, engagement, time-to-fill).
  • Participate in governance forums and contribute to performance reviews and escalations.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the India Managing Directors and function leads.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in people practices.

You Have

10-15+ years of HR leadership experience, including scaling a GCC/captive center at pace

Multinational and multi-location GCC HR leadership experience

Proven success in workforce planning, talent development, and HR operations.

Strong understanding of Indias labor laws and compliance frameworks.

Experience scaling HR capabilities across multiple locations.

Excellent communication, influence, and governance skills.
