Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions: TA, C&B, L&D, HRBP for high-growth operations
• Build and develop high-performance HR teams; foster culture and employee engagement
• Partner with APAC/global leadership on workforce planning, org design, change management
• Ensure compliance, governance, and alignment with global HR standards

Must-Have Requirements

• 15+ years progressive HR leadership in MNC environments
• Proven GCC experience (non-negotiable) with multi-location operations
• Track record scaling talent for tech/functional roles in growth organizations
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution; MBA or equivalent preferred

High-impact mandate with global visibility.
