Roles & Responsibilities

Design and run an AI-enabled recruitment and talent intelligence pipeline.

Build a high-energy, ownership-driven culture aligned with startup execution speed.

Develop HR systems integrating AI tools for hiring, learning, and performance.

Lead talent development, onboarding, and leadership pipelines for AI-first teams.

Ensure strong employee relationships, trust, and accountability across rapidly growing teams.

Qualifications

MBA in HR, Organizational Behavior, or related field with startup experience preferred.

Strong familiarity and passion using AI tools for hiring, HR analytics, and workforce productivity.
