Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the role of Head of Growth at Unacademy Centre Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving student enrollment growth, strengthening market presence, and scaling business performance through strategic planning and execution.

The role involves leading customer acquisition initiatives, optimizing sales funnels, building local partnerships, and implementing innovative growth strategies. As a key leadership position, the Head of Growth will collaborate closely with academic, marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and ensure sustained growth aligned with organizational goals.


Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Growth Marketing and scalable growth strategy implementation
  • Proven expertise in customer acquisition, lead conversion, and data-driven growth initiatives
  • Solid experience in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and enrollment targets
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on local and regional growth opportunities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling offline/edtech businesses and building innovative growth models
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
