What Were Looking For

Were looking for a Founding Growth & Marketing Lead with a clear founder-track path.


This is not a traditional marketing role. We want a builder-operator who has seen 0 1 growth at a global consumer AI SaaS company and wants to own distribution end-to-end. Someone who thinks deeply about content, creators, growth loops, and narrative and executes hands-on.


This role is ideal for someone who:

Has driven early growth at a global consumer AI / SaaS product

Is strong in influencer marketing and content-led growth

Is scrappy and execution-oriented (writes, ships, experiments)

Wants real ownership and a path to a founder / GM / future CMO role

Cares about building products that genuinely help people


What Youll Be Working On -

Growth & Distribution

Own top-of-funnel growth across content, creators, and community

Design and run repeatable growth loops

Experiment across channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, communities)

Measure results, learn fast, and double down on what works


Influencer & Creator Marketing

Identify and partner with global AI, productivity, and creator influencers

Run creator-led campaigns, collaborations, and long-term partnerships

Turn creators into durable distribution partners


Content & Narrative

Shape Ruzos positioning, voice, and storytelling

Ship high-quality content: threads, short-form video, landing pages, case studies

Support launches and GTM messaging alongside founders


Founder-level Ownership

Talk to users and creators regularly

Influence onboarding, activation, retention, and pricing

Help define long-term GTM strategy

Build and lead a growth team as the company scales

  • Global creators, influencers, and early users
  • You'll have a team which reports to you


Youll have high trust, high autonomy, and real ownership from day one, with a front-row seat to building and scaling an early-stage AI company.


Where Youll Work

This is a hybrid role. We have an office in HSR, Bangalore, and youre expected to work from the office at least three days a week.


When Youll Work

This is a full-time role with primary overlap during Indian working hours. Occasional coordination with global stakeholders may be required.
