Job Description

Role Overview


We are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build a fully quantified, data-first growth engine. In this role, every marketing activitycontent, campaigns, funnels, CRM, and channelsmust be measurable, attributable, and tied to business outcomes. The focus is on scalable acquisition, conversion, and retention through continuous experimentation and analytics-led decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


Ensure 100% quantification of marketing efforts, with clear metrics, attribution, and ROI for every initiative.

Run data-driven growth experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) across funnels and user journeys.

Optimize end-to-end funnels (SEO/SEM webinars counselling enrollment retention) using measurable KPIs.

Manage cross-channel growth across SEO, SEM, Email, WhatsApp, Social, and paid media, evaluated on conversions and LTVnot vanity metrics.

Own growth analytics and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent).

Build automated lifecycle journeys to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase LTV.

Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align funnel metrics, improve close rates, and maximize ROI.

Lead and mentor a growth team and manage specialists/freelancers with clearly defined, measurable outcomes.


Ideal Candidate


210 years in growth marketing or analytics-led roles in digital businesses.

Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, attribution, and marketing automation.

Comfortable operating in environments where intuition is secondary to data.

Ability to challenge unquantified ideas and focus on what moves revenue and retention.


Target Outcomes (1218 Months) * Establish a 100% transparent attribution model for all marketing spends.


Optimize the CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while scaling monthly volumes.

Professionalize the marketing stack to support the IPO roadmap.


Ideal Candidate Profile * Experience: 210 years of experience. We prioritize a "growth mindset" and the ability to cut through noise over total years of seniority.


Background: Proven track record in high-growth startups or performance-heavy EdTech environments.

Skills & Traits: Strong analytical rigor, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of performance marketing nuances. You must be able to "read through the bullshit" of standard agency reports.
