Job Description
Role- Growth Marketing Head
Location: Bangalore (Banaswadi)
We are looking for a Marketing Leader to own and lead the growth marketing charter. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B buying journeys and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across sales and business units, ensuring marketing drives measurable pipeline, revenue, and strategic account growth.
The Growth Marketing Leader will work closely with business teams to translate priorities into outcome-driven strategies, shape go-to-market plans, and drive growth initiatives across services and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the overall growth marketing charter, covering account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, large deal and pursuit support, and partner marketing. Define and scale a strong ABM approach for priority enterprise accounts, working closely with sales and account teams to deepen engagement, create pipeline, and expand strategic relationships.
Drive demand generation programs aligned to key service lines and geographies, with a strong focus on quality pipeline, conversion, and business impact. Partner closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to support large and strategic deals through differentiated narratives, value propositions, executive messaging, and deal-specific marketing support.
Lead partner marketing initiatives with key ecosystem partners, including hyperscalers, shaping joint go-to-market strategies, MDF-funded programs, co-branded campaigns, and integrated demand initiatives. Serve as a strategic marketing partner to business and sales leadership, contributing to planning, prioritization, and execution of growth initiatives.
Define clear success metrics across marketing initiatives, track pipeline contribution and deal influence, and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights and business feedback.
Experience
18+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or strategic marketing roles, preferably within IT services, technology services, or consulting-led businesses. Proven experience partnering closely with sales and business leaders to drive pipeline and revenue for complex, high-value enterprise offerings. Strong exposure to ABM, large deal or pursuit marketing, and partner-led go-to-market programs. Experience operating at a senior level and influencing decisions with leadership teams.
Skills
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, business-focused value propositions. Deep understanding of B2B enterprise buying motions and account-centric growth strategies. Proven ability to collaborate across sales, pre-sales, business teams, and partners. Data-driven mindset with comfort in defining success metrics, tracking outcomes, and using insights to guide decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
