Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Growth to drive expansion, profitability, and operational excellence for a luxury hospitality business. The role will have complete ownership of P&L, business strategy, and operations , with a strong mandate to scale the brand across markets and formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive overall business growth, revenue, and profitability (P&L responsibility)
• Develop and execute long-term growth and expansion strategies across hospitality verticals
• Lead end-to-end operations, sales, marketing, and commercial functions
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models
• Scale existing hospitality assets while maintaining luxury service standards
• Drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and margin improvement
• Build, mentor, and lead senior leadership teams across functions
• Work closely with promoters/board on strategic planning and execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1020 years of experience in luxury hospitality businesses
• Proven track record of heading hospitality operations with full P&L ownership
• Experience in scaling hospitality brands (hotels, luxury F&B, banqueting, events, resorts, or premium catering)
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance growth and service excellence
• Exposure to multi-location or multi-brand hospitality operations preferred
