Agapi is a global-first Shopify fashion brand rooted in culture and craftsmanship, serving customers across the USA, Canada, UAE, and other international markets.
The brand has demonstrated strong customer demand and momentum during key periods, and we are now intentionally building the next phase of our growth engine as manufacturing scales and collections expand.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who has built and scaled growth inside a D2C brand and wants to do it again with real ownership.
The Role
Were looking for a Head of Growth / Marketing Director to own Agapis Shopify growth end-to-end.
This is not a channel-specific role.
This is a business ownership role.
You will design, execute, and scale Agapis growth engine across:
Acquisition
Conversion (CRO)
Retention
Content & campaigns
Team building
Youll work closely with the Founder and partner across Design, Production, and Operations.
What Youll Own
Growth & Revenue
Own Shopify growth outcomes and KPIs
Translate business goals into scalable growth systems
Build a roadmap for international D2C expansion
Conversion & CRO
Improve product pages, collections, and checkout
Strengthen trust, sizing confidence, and global buyer experience
Optimize conversion before scaling traffic
Acquisition (Paid + Organic)
Define and scale Meta & Google acquisition (hands-on initially)
Balance paid, organic, and retention for sustainable growth
Avoid over-dependence on any single channel
Retention & Lifecycle
Own email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing strategy
Build repeat purchase, launches, and retention systems
Increase customer lifetime value over time
Content & Campaigns
Turn launches into clear, effective campaigns
Partner with creatives and storytellers to ensure content performs across ads, PDPs, email, and social
Maintain brand integrity while driving performance
Team & Systems
Hire and manage the growth team over time
Decide what stays in-house vs outsourced
Build SOPs, dashboards, and execution cadence

Have led growth or marketing inside a D2C / Shopify brand
Have scaled brands through meaningful growth phases
Have experience selling to international / US customers
Are comfortable being hands-on initially
Have built or managed small-to-mid-sized teams
