About the Role

As the Head of GCC, you'll spearhead the launch, expansion, and oversight of the company's India operations. This position calls for a proactive, entrepreneurial leader who turns bold ideas into tangible results, ensuring the India hub aligns seamlessly with worldwide goals. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the GCC's launch, covering entity setup, facilities, and adherence to local Indian laws.
• Create solid frameworks for HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
• Assemble and guide a top-tier local executive team that embodies the company's core principles and aims.
• Craft and execute a growth strategy for the GCC that syncs with global directives.
• Manage finances, from budgeting and P&L responsibility to projections.
• Promote smooth integration between the India GCC and U.S. base, bridging cultural and workflow gaps.
• Forge ties with vital external players like government agencies and sector allies.
• Champion cutting-edge innovations, efficiency gains, and digital upgrades.
• Promote the GCC at key events, elevating the company's profile in India's tech scene.

Required Skills and Experience

The right leader blends visionary strategy with hands-on execution, excelling in navigating expansion and transformation.

• 20+ years in IT/ITES or tech consulting, with 5+ years leading GCCs at a senior level.
• Track record of launching or growing GCCs for multinational organizations.
• In-depth grasp of Indian regulations (FEMA, Companies Act, labor rules, etc.).
• Strong insight into Bengaluru's tech talent pool and dynamics.
• Proven skill in directing diverse teams and complex operations.
• Sharp business and financial instincts, including P&L accountability.
• Proficiency in automation, digital evolution, and streamlining processes.
• Outstanding cross-border communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Talent for creating dynamic, inclusive teams geared for the future.
