Head of Food and Beverage Product Development

Now, we are looking for a Head of Food and Beverage Product Development to build and lead this platform from the ground up.

This is not a lab-only role.

This is a commercialization leadership role.

You will:

Build and lead StrainXs global applications function

Establish and scale our applications lab in Bhopal

Develop formulation systems across beverages, dairy, and emerging product categories

Work directly with founder-led brands and key customers in India and the US

Translate novel ingredients into commercially successful products

Build the technical foundation that enables global adoption

You wont be one layer inside a corporate R&D structure.

You will be a central driver of revenue, product strategy, and category creation.
