Head of Financial Planning Analysis

Our Client is a Greenfield Company. They are looking for a Head -FP&A.

Responsible for

Financial Planning & Cash Burn Control

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering:
• EPC spend
• Tooling CapEx
• Subsidy timing (ISM / State)
• Opex ramp during pre-SOP
• Track monthly cash burn vs plan, with clear runway visibility.

Reporting & MIS

• Strategic investors / JV partners
• Translate project delays into financial and covenant impact.

Milestone & Incentive Reporting

• Act as single-point owner for:
• ISM / PLI financial documentation
• CapEx certification
• Auditor and consultant coordination
• Ensure zero leakage or delay in subsidy eligibility due to reporting gaps.

Controls, Audit & Compliance

Ideally, with 12-15 years in FP&A, project finance, or controllership roles

With Exposure to: Greenfield projects; Capital-intensive manufacturing, Infrastructure / EPC-linked financial tracking

Qualifications

• CA / MBA (Finance)
• Big4 + industry combination preferred
