Hiring: Head FP&A & Investor Relations
Location: Gurgaon (HO) | Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer | Team Size: 1011
We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to head our Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations function. This role will drive financial strategy, enable data-driven decision-making, and act as a strategic business partner across divisions. The incumbent will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, P&L analysis, and performance management, while closely partnering with business leaders to deliver growth and profitability.
The role will be part of the core team for store expansion, turnaround of underperforming stores, and entry into new geographies, including financial due diligence and operational setup. Additionally, the position will lead investor relationsmanaging investor communication, earnings presentations, annual reports, and market insights to strengthen investor confidence.
Requirements: CA with minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
