About the Role

We are seeking a senior finance leader with deep experience in capex-heavy, asset-intensive, operations-driven businesses to lead end-to-end finance. The role requires hands-on P&L ownership, FP&A, investor relations, fixed assets, financial operations, and compliance.

You will partner closely with the leadership team to drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and investor confidence, while scaling the finance function for high-growth, real-asset businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Own finance function: FP&A, business finance, controllership, AP/AR, tax, audit, compliance, and treasury.
• Lead IPO readiness and execution: audits, DRHP prep, governance, SEBI compliance, and investor communication.
• Manage capex and fixed assets: planning, approvals, capitalization, and lifecycle tracking.
• Partner with business teams to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and data-driven decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory: Investors relations
• Strong business finance focus in capex-heavy, ops-intensive sectors.
• Qualifications: Engineer + CA or MBA Finance + CA preferred.
• 1218+ years of progressive finance leadership.
• Hands-on operator, strong commercial judgment, and experience managing large teams and budgets.
