Role: Head of Finance

Budget : Upto 40 LPA

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth plans
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial risks to ensure financial discipline
Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in finance processes
Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and regulatory requirements
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning
Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights to leadership
Strengthen financial processes, controls, and governance frameworks
Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team
Manage investor communication and reporting
Support fundraising initiatives, including financial data preparation and due diligence

Requirements

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
Prior experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Manager, or in a similar leadership role
Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Proven leadership and people management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
