Head of Finance - Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead the finance and accounts function for our real estate operations. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, compliance, fund management, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects.
• Manage accounts, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
• Monitor project cash flow, cost control, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with GST, statutory regulations, and financial policies.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors.
• Provide financial insights and support to management for business decisions and project feasibility.
• Supervise the accounts and finance team and ensure accurate MIS reporting.
• Manage fund flow, vendor payments, and financial risk assessment.

Requirements:

• 1018 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, GST, and audits.
• Experience in project finance and real estate financial operations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Sound Knowledge in RERA
