Role Title: Vice President, Finance

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking aligned with business objectives
Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, billing, accounts payable and receivable, MIS, closures, consolidation, statutory reporting, audits and regulatory compliance
Drive working capital management, cash flow optimisation and credit controls
Strengthen cost management, margin analysis and financial discipline across the organisation
Establish robust internal controls, compliance frameworks, risk management and efficient finance processes

Requirements:

12 - 18+ years of experience in mid-sized organisations; exposure to family-owned businesses preferred
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
Background in logistics, infrastructure or allied asset-heavy sectors preferred
Strong experience in financial reporting, taxation, audits and regulatory compliance
Proven track record of leading large finance teams and managing senior stakeholders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
