Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial operations for a growing business in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering businesses and will be responsible for financial planning, compliance, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk assessment
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership
• Monitor cost controls and identify areas for financial improvement
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Lead and mentor the finance team

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CA is mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must have experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
