Position - Head Finance

Role -

The role will provide strategic leadership across all financial operations, ensuring robust fiscal management, Financial control, Taxation, Business planning, costing, Audits, etc.

Key Responsibility -

Financial Management

• Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
• Ensure that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide strong accounts leadership, including consolidation of financial statements across all portfolio companies.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company. This includes long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies

Financial Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.

Compliance

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across financial functions including taxation.
• Oversee internal audit and statutory audit processes across all portfolio companies

Board Governance & Process Management

• Work closely with Company Secretary on board meeting processes including preparing presentations, board packs, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Investor Relations
• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
• Support in capital structuring, financial modeling, and planning
• Lead the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and evaluate the economics of strategic expansion prospects.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor the finance team and foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with business and functional heads to align financial decisions with business goals.
