Head of Finance | Early-Stage Consumer Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Finance to join the business in a business critical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 across the full-spectrum of finance
• Build and implement strong financial controls and processes for the business with a close eye on manufacturing cost and OPEX
• Drive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting
• Serve as a key finance business partner to the founding team to drive performance and profitability
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Manage financial and investor reporting

Qualifications

• At least 8 to 10 years of experience
• Prior experience working in a FMCG/Consumer goods startup is critical
• Prior experience managing a finance team is critical
• Someone who can work independently
