Roles & Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and leadership dashboards.
• Strategic Finance: Guide the leadership team on cash flow, business strategy, and long-term financial planning.
• Accounting & Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance operations, payroll, audit readiness, and all statutory compliance.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Create investor materials, support fundraising efforts, and manage ongoing investor communication.
• Systems & Compliance: Set up financial systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure strong governance.
• Product Support: Collaborate with the product team on initiatives related to GST, payments, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skill Sets & Qualifications

• Experience: 68 years of relevant experience leading business finance functions after completing CA.
• Education: Chartered Accountant (1st attempt)

Skills:

• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
