Head of Finance and Accounting

Gokhale Group is a Pune-based real estate development firm with an expanding residential and commercial portfolio. As we transition toward structured growth and stronger financial governance, we are looking to strengthen our finance leadership.

We are seeking a Finance Controller who can bring discipline, visibility, and control across project-level finances and company-wide cash flow management.

Role Description

This role will be responsible for financial planning, cash flow control, project profitability tracking, compliance, and management reporting.

The position will work directly with leadership to ensure financial clarity and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage company-wide cash flow

Track project-level cost vs budget variance

Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports

Oversee receivables and collections tracking

Vendor payment planning and financial discipline

Banking, loan management, and financial structuring

Ensure statutory compliance and audit coordination

Budget forecasting and financial planning

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Experience in Budgeting and Finance management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for financial planning and decision-making
• Proven leadership experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications like CPA, CA, or CFA are a plus
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
