Were hiring a senior HR leader to build and operate the people backbone of next-generation manufacturing at Leumas.

This is a critical role responsible for ensuring operational discipline, workforce stability, and people systems across our manufacturing facility.

Were looking for a high-ownership operator who understands factory environments, workforce management, and performance systems, and can build HR processes that support speed, accountability, and reliable execution.

We combine modular production, software-defined manufacturing, and integrated quality systems to enable faster launches, flexible scale, and reliable execution.

Our capabilities span capsules, powders, liquids, and semi-solids, supported by integrated QA systems and audit-ready manufacturing processes.

As manufacturing scales, people systems, operational discipline, and cultural alignment become critical to execution.

This role ensures that the human side of manufacturing operates with the same discipline and reliability as the machines.


The Role

You will build and operate Leumas factory HR and people operations system end-to-end.

This role goes far beyond traditional HR administration.

You will ensure the factory operates with clear accountability, disciplined execution, and healthy workplace culture while supporting rapid growth.

You will manage HR operations across hiring coordination, workforce management, performance systems, grievance handling, and culture building.

You will operate as the primary HR interface for the founders, ensuring that any people-related issue is resolved quickly, fairly, and professionally.

Your goal is simple but critical:

Ensure people systems never become a bottleneck to factory execution.


What Youll Own

1. Factory Workforce Discipline & Operational HR

Ensure attendance discipline, shift management, and workforce accountability across the factory.

Maintain clear HR processes for shop-floor employees and technical staff.

Ensure workforce readiness aligned with production schedules.

Support production leadership in maintaining operational discipline.

2. Employee Relations & Grievance Resolution

Act as the first point of escalation for employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances.

Ensure fair, structured, and timely resolution of workplace issues.

Maintain a healthy and professional workplace environment.

Prevent small people issues from escalating into operational disruptions.

3. Performance Systems & Evaluation

Drive structured performance evaluation processes across factory teams.

Ensure clear accountability and measurable performance standards.

Work with department heads to address underperformance and develop talent.

Support founders in making clear and data-driven people decisions.

4. HR Operations & Recruiting Coordination

Manage HR executives and recruiters responsible for hiring across the factory.

Ensure timely recruitment for production, engineering, QA, and operations roles.

Maintain structured onboarding and training processes.

Ensure workforce scaling keeps pace with manufacturing growth.

5. Culture & Organizational Health

Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and accountability inside the factory.

Ensure clear communication between management and employees.

Maintain alignment between leadership expectations and employee behaviour.

Help build a workplace that supports both high performance and stability.


You're a Fit If

You bring 815+ years of experience in HR leadership, ideally within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or industrial environments.

You understand that factories require discipline, structure, and clarity, not just HR policies.

You have experience managing workforce operations, employee relations, performance systems, and hiring at scale.

You are comfortable operating in fast-growing environments where systems are still evolving and need to be built.

You are able to handle difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and maintain authority while remaining fair and professional.

Bonus: Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (GMP / Pharma / Food / Industrial manufacturing).
