Read This Before Applying
- Many construction leadership roles today focus heavily on coordination and communication between stakeholders.
- This role is different.
- We are looking for someone who drives execution, takes ownership of outcomes, and moves projects forward with speed and accountability.
- If you prefer highly layered approvals, slow decision cycles, or purely coordinative responsibilities, this role may not be the right fit.
Who We Are
- Carino Inc. is moving from being an internal execution powerhouse (Medical Colleges, PWD Roads) to a serious external market player.
- We dont run projects on phone calls and excuses.
- We run them on a strict digital system (Carino OS).
- Speed, ownership, and execution matter here.
Who You Are
- You are currently a frustrated No.2 at a big firm (L&T, Sobha, Uralungal, etc.)
- You know how projects should run but bureaucracy slows everything down
- You dont wait for instructions; you take charge
- You are tech-comfortable
- If you still rely on paper diaries instead of your phone/iPad, do not apply
- You think in P&L, not just concrete and steel
- You dont just finish projects you protect margins
The Test (Mandatory to Apply)
Do NOT send a cover letter.
Instead, apply with one clear answer to the below question to our Mail: admin@carinoconstructions.com
Q : Tell us about ONE project where you saved money by catching a mistake early. Be specific. Numbers matter.
If you cannot answer this clearly, this role is not for you.
