Role Description

This full-time remote role as Head of Engineering involves overseeing and leading engineering teams to deliver exceptional software and technology solutions to clients. Responsibilities include managing engineering operations, providing guidance to teams, defining and implementing engineering strategies, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The Head of Engineering will also actively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with the companys goals.

Qualifications

• 15-18 years of experience is needed
• Strong skills in Team Management, Team Leadership, and mentoring with the ability to lead and inspire diverse engineering teams effectively.
• Expertise in Engineering Management, Software Development, and implementation of best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Thorough understanding of modern software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in enterprise environments, DeepTech, or similar domains is a strong advantage.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
