We are looking for a Head of Engineering Prototyping who thrives in a hands-on innovation environment, building mechanical and electronic systems from concept to working prototype.

Develop end-to-end prototypes from concept to functional systems

Integrate mechanical design, embedded electronics, and control systems

Work on projects aligned with Indian defence initiatives and innovation programs

Build and test rapid prototypes using 3D printing, CNC machining, and PCB development

Conduct lab and field testing to ensure reliability and durability

Lead engineering innovation and contribute to patentable technologies

Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering

511 years experience in engineering R&D, prototyping, or product development

Hands-on experience with CAD, embedded electronics, and rapid prototyping

Strong cross-domain knowledge across mechanical and electronics systems

Experience working with defence projects or defence organizations is highly preferred
