We are seeking a techno-functional leader to drive our Industrial AIvisionsomeonewho combines deep engineeringexpertisewith domain knowledge in metallurgy, casting, and manufacturing processes.

This is aHead levelrole, responsible for defining the technology vision, product architecture, and Industrial AI strategy. You will lead the development of a scalable Industrial AI platform (TiA) that integrates high-frequency shop-floor data, advanced analytics, and intelligent decision systems across multi-cloud environments.

Technology Vision & Roadmap-Define and drive the end-to-end technology roadmap for theTiAplatform, aligning Industrial AI strategy with scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture.

Architecture Ownership-Own and evolve the complete system architecture (backend, frontend, data, and AI layers),ensuring seamless integration between backend (Python/Node.js), frontend (React), and data pipelines (Databricks) intorobustness for high-frequency industrial data.

Platform Scalability & Performance-Build a highly scalable, resilient, and low-latency platform capable of processing real-time shop-floor data across distributed environments.

Industrial AI Integration-Translate metallurgy and casting domain insights into deployable AI solutions, ensuring models are grounded in real-world process parameters and operational realities.

Full-Stack Engineering Leadership-Provide hands-on leadership across full-stack development, driving excellence in system design, APIs, UI performance, and secure engineering practices.

AI/ML &MLOpsEnablement-Establish robustMLOpsinfrastructure, enabling seamless deployment, monitoring, andscaling ofmachine learning models in production environments.

Cloud & Data Strategy (AWS & Azure)-Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure, leading data strategy, streaming pipelines, andlakehousearchitecture for large-scale industrial datasets.

Execution & Engineering Excellence-Own the end-to-end delivery (SDLC) of theTiAplatform, building high-performing teams and ensuringtimely, high-quality releases with a strong culture of ownership and innovation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Experience:1015+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Head/VP/CTO level),withexperience in Manufacturing,IIoT, or Industry 4.0 sectors.

Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT).

Domain Expertise:Strong understanding ofmetallurgy, casting, or metal manufacturing processes

Full-Stack Expertise:Deep architectural knowledge of:

Backend: Python, Node.js

Frontend: React or modern frameworks

Industrial AI Exposure:Experience building or scalingAI-driven industrial platforms

Cloud & Big Data:Hands-on experience with:

AWS & Azure

Databricks / real-time data pipelines

MLOpsUnderstanding:Strong grasp ofmodel deployment, inference pipelines, and production AI systems

Data Systems:Experience withtime-series, SQL, and NoSQL databases

Education (Mandatory)

Bachelors / Masters / PhD in Engineering from Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is mandatory

Specialization inMetallurgy, Materials Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines

Strong academic foundation combined with applied industrial or product engineering experience.

Good to Have

Experience infoundries, steel, or metal casting industries

Exposure toIndustry 4.0 / Smart Factory ecosystems

Familiarity withdigital twins, predictive maintenance, or process optimization

Prior experience in aSaaS or deep-tech startup environment
