Job Description
Pune-based, VC-backed innovator in fresh food supply chain tech seeks a hands-on Head of Engineering to lead the platform's growth.
Must-Have Requirements
- 15+ years software engineering, 4+ years leading teams; still actively coding (production code in last 6 months)
- Full-stack ownership: Python/FastAPI backend, React/NextJS frontend, PostgreSQL/ClickHouse data, Azure/GCP infra
- Expertise in AI agents (CrewAI/LangChain/AutoGen), LLMs, vector DBs, ontology/knowledge graphs
- B2B SaaS experience with enterprise integrations (ERPs like Famous/Computech, MES/WMS/SCADA/PLCs)
- Proven scaling engineering teams; engineering degree or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Industrial/OT integration, process manufacturing background
- Food supply chain or perishable goods knowledge
