Job Description
Head of Ecommerce & Digital Revenue
We're looking for an ecommerce leader to own our full online P&L across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce. You'll build and manage the ecommerce team and set the strategy for all online channels.
Responsibilities
- Own online revenue across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce
- Set channel strategy, pricing discipline, and inventory allocation
- Build and manage the ecommerce team D2C Lead, Marketplace Manager, Performance Lead, Retention Manager
- Own the D2C platform roadmap in partnership with the Website Lead
- Build reporting infrastructure dashboards, attribution, cohort tracking
- Evaluate and launch quick commerce
- Manage channel conflict between online and retail
Requirements
- 712 years in ecommerce with at least 3 years owning a P&L
- Experience across D2C and marketplace channels
- Has built or scaled a team
- Fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer electronics background preferred
- Comfortable in fast-moving, founder-led environments
