Head of Digital Marketing

WE ARE HIRING DIGITAL MARKETING HEAD

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our complete digital growth ecosystem. This role requires strong leadership, performance marketing expertise, brand strategy skills, and revenue-focused execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Lead paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn & YouTube

Define KPIs, revenue targets, and performance benchmarks

Plan, allocate, and scale marketing budgets effectively

Drive lead generation and monetization strategies

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and online presence

Manage day-to-day campaign optimization and performance tracking

Handle platform escalations (ad disapprovals, bans, account issues)

Supervise content, creative, and development teams

Ensure copyright compliance and brand asset protection

Manage CRM integrations and lead funnels

Maintain secure access control for ad accounts and business managers

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in App Download Campaigns

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (UAC/App Campaigns)

Proven track record in scaling app installs profitably

Deep understanding of attribution, tracking & analytics

Leadership & team management experience

ROI-focused and data-driven mindset
