Job Role: Head of Digital Marketing

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Noida

Our client is looking for a Lead Digital Initiatives to grow their brand presence online. This role will be responsible for planning and running digital marketing activities that increase brand awareness and build trust among investors.

The role is suited for someone who understands digital marketing well and has experience working in financial services or fintech.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities to improve brand visibility
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
• Support brand-building efforts through online channels

Campaign Execution

• Lead digital campaigns across social media, websites, apps, and paid platforms
• Work with internal teams and agencies to execute campaigns smoothly
• Support launches of new products and marketing initiatives

Content & Social Media

• Oversee content shared on social media, blogs, and digital platforms
• Help create simple and trustworthy content for retail investors
• Build engagement with users across social media platforms

Tracking & Reporting

• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and brand growth
• Use basic analytics tools to understand campaign performance
• Share insights and suggestions for improvement

Compliance

• Ensure all digital content follows SEBI and company guidelines
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams when required

Team & Coordination

• Manage and guide team members and external agencies
• Work closely with product, PR, and growth teams
• Help manage budgets and timelines

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 812 years of experience in digital marketing or brand roles
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or stock broking is preferred
• Good understanding of social media, content, paid ads, and digital platforms
• Experience working with internal teams and marketing agencies
