Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Design Director to provide strategic leadership and drive the growth and operational excellence of the organization. The role involves overseeing business performance, strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring the successful execution of the companys strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and long-term business growth for the organization.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision and revenue targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across departments.
• Oversee operational performance and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive business development opportunities.
• Ensure financial discipline, budgeting and profitability across projects.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies and performance monitoring systems.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, client meetings and strategic partnerships.
• Mentor and develop leadership teams and departmental heads.
• Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory, legal and operational standards.
• Drive innovation, digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular strategic updates and performance reports to the board and founders.

What We Expect

You are a Design Director with 1518 Years of senior leadership experience.

• Extensive leadership experience in design-build, construction, architecture or corporate interiors industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capability.
• Proven ability to scale business operations and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong financial and operational management capability.
• Ability to lead large teams and manage multi-city business operations.
• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA / relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Strong industry network and client relationship management capability.
