Team One Arteq (TOA) is looking for a creative and strategic Design Leader to drive the design vision for corporate interior projects.

As we continue to expand our workplace design portfolio, we are seeking someone who can lead design strategy, inspire teams, and deliver innovative workplace environments for corporate clients.

The Role

The Design Head / Design Lead will lead the design studio, oversee multiple workplace interior projects, and ensure design excellence from concept to execution.

This role will work closely with clients, project teams, and consultants to deliver high-quality, functional, and visually compelling workspaces.

Key Impact Areas

Design Leadership

Lead the design vision and strategy for workplace interior projects

Guide design teams through concept development, design detailing, and execution

Client Engagement

Lead client presentations and design discussions

Translate client requirements into innovative design solutions

Project Coordination

Collaborate with Projects, Procurement, and Consultants to ensure design feasibility

Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Team Development

Mentor and guide Interior Designers, Architects, and Visualizers

Build a high-performing creative design team

Design Innovation

Drive workplace design trends, materials, and new design approaches

Ensure projects reflect functional efficiency and aesthetic excellence

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has 1018 years of experience in corporate interior design

Has handled workplace / office interior projects

Has strong concept design and client presentation skills

Has experience managing design teams and multiple projects

Has strong understanding of workplace planning and interior detailing
