Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Provide executive leadership that shapes the strategic direction for operational excellence, process transformation, and scalable growth aligned with TMF Groups global mission.
  • Define and drive a multiyear transformation roadmap focused on efficiency, digital enablement, and enterprisewide service quality uplift.

Enterprise Process Transformation

  • Lead endtoend transformation programs to standardize processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and embed Lean, Six Sigma, and automation-driven improvements.
  • Establish and oversee an enterprise operations governance framework ensuring consistency, quality, compliance, and SLA adherence across all service lines.
  • Embed continuous improvement methodologies, KPI-driven performance management, and operational analytics into all business functions.

CrossFunctional & Organizational Leadership

  • Partner with global and regional executives to unify operating models, streamline cross-functional workflows, and strengthen organizational scalability.
  • Champion change adoption by steering culture transformation, ensuring workforce readiness for new systems, digital tools, and enhanced processes.
  • Strengthen operational infrastructuresystems, data flows, tools, and capability frameworksto support strategic growth and future readiness.

Client Strategy & Market Growth

  • Act as an executive sponsor for key clients, resolving complex issues and designing scalable operational solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Translate client feedback and market insights into operational strategies that expand service capability and support sustainable growth.
  • Drive crosssell and upsell initiatives by aligning operational capacity with integrated service offerings across the TMF portfolio.

Commercial & Financial Leadership

  • Oversee commercial governance by aligning pricing structures, profitability models, and fee strategies with operational realities and global guidelines.
  • Lead costoptimization initiatives through process improvement, workforce productivity enhancement, automation, and resource allocation efficiency.
  • Ensure margin improvement through utilization optimization, operational leverage, and robust financial performance monitoring.

People Leadership & Capability Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a highperforming management team capable of delivering transformational outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Develop leadership succession pipelines and capability-building frameworks focused on process excellence, digital adoption, and change leadership.
  • Partner with HR to define a future-ready workforce strategy, reduce turnover, enhance engagement, and strengthen a culture of accountability.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure rigorous compliance with TMF Group policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and risk management frameworks.
  • Introduce disciplined execution practices, including project governance, process controls, operational resilience, and business continuity measures.
  • Represent operations on executive committees, providing insights and recommendations on performance, risk, and strategic execution.
