We are looking for a strong Head of Delivery - US Recruitment to take care of Bangalore offshore Branch.

This is a leadership position for someone who can manage teams, drive performance, Coach and ensure high-quality delivery for Direct Clients & MSP accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.
• Responsible for internal hiring and get A players.
• Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP/VMS accounts (IT + non-IT).
• Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations.
• Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations.
• Hands-on involvement in critical/hard-to-fill roles when needed.

Requirements

• Aptitude, attitude, integrity and the right communication skills are very important for this role of Recruitment Delivery Manager, US Recruitment.
• Experience with managing offshore recruitment team highly desired
• 5+ years of US IT Recruitment and US IT Staffing experience and at least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters
• Have an eye for resume, process and innovation
• Good understanding of IT and related areas.
• Train and mentor the junior recruiters.
• Experience working with revenue and placement targets and competent enough to achieve them
• Are ambitious, motivated, & career-driven

• Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing
