You will own all long-form and structured website content at Thrillophilia:

• Destination & country pages
• Itinerary and planning guides
• Evergreen SEO assets
• Authority and comparison content

Your job is to keep Thrillophilia the most trusted travel planning destination on the internet.

What youll actually do

• Lead SEO-driven content strategy that grows organic traffic month-on-month
• Design content architecture, intent mapping, and topic clusters
• Build content that ranks today and survives algorithm + AI search shifts
• Understand how LLMs interpret, summarise, and surface content
• Lead and mentor a team of 1012 content writers
• Create playbooks, benchmarks, and ruthless quality standards
• Audit, prune, and upgrade content continuously

You are accountable for outcomes, not word count.

Who this role is for

• 612 years in content at a B2C internet company
• Proven record of scaling organic traffic
• Strong grasp of SEO strategy (not just keywords)
• Comfortable working with data, rankings, and search intent
• Has led content teams and built systems, not chaos

Travel or marketplace experience is a plus, not a requirement.
