Kenzai Puzzles builds modern, mindful wooden mechanical puzzles designed for digital-detox, deep focus, and hands-on joy. Every product is crafted to feel premium, intelligent, and collectible. We operate like a fast, creative D2C brand with rapid experiments, fast iteration, and constant storytelling across Meta ads and organic channels.

We are a small and tight early team. Everyone here owns outcomes, not tasks. No passengers. No waiting around for instructions. If something needs to get done; creative, operational, or completely outside the JD, you step in, figure it out, and move it forward. This role is for someone who wants to build the brand with us, not just work at it.

Role: Head of Content

• Lead Meta ad scripts (P1) and Organic Content (P2).
• Write high-retention scripts, plan shoots, brief talent, direct video, coordinate with the in-house team, collect footage, and work closely with the editor.
• Work directly with the founder to analyse performance, spot winning patterns, and create new angles from them.
• Own the full creative pipelineideation production delivery.
• In a small team, youll also jump into adjacent tasksshoot logistics, quick edits, last-minute fixes, anything needed to push campaigns live.
• Not mandatory, but editing skills and knowledge of the latest AI tools is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 24 years in content writing, advertising, or creative direction
• Strong scriptwriting instincts for short-form video
• Comfort directing shoots and working with small production teams
• Ability to identify winning hooks, patterns, and structures in ads
• Organised with file/asset management
• Familiar with Meta ads best practices (preferred)
• Bonus: Up-to-date with AI tools for visuals and storytelling
• Bonus: Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Additional Information

Full-time, work-from-office role in Sanjaynagar, Bangalore

Salary: 6 LPA, negotiable based on experience

Equity upside via ESOPs: Ownership stake (~0.250.5% fully diluted) in our upcoming pool, vesting over 4 years. Real skin-in-the-game as we hit first funding.
