Humour Me is not an agency. We are building Indias first organic virality engine for brands. We help Tier A brands win without relying on paid media by engineering content formats that scale distribution natively across YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms. We dont optimise posts. We architect repeatable content systems.

Now were hiring the person who can build those systems at scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Content Architecture someone who understands that content success is structural, not accidental. This is not a social media role. This is not a copywriting role. This is not a production management role.

Responsibilities

This role owns:

• Hook engineering
• Format design
• Retention curve optimisation
• Narrative pacing
• Thumbnail psychology
• Virality triggers
• Platform-native distribution mechanics

You will work directly with the founder and lead architecture thinking across our biggest brand accounts.

What You Will Own

Format Design

• Design scalable YouTube & Reels formats for Tier A brands
• Build format libraries that can run 2050 episodes without fatigue
• Engineer cold opens that win the first 5 seconds
• Define narrative arc structures for 812 min long-form

Retention Engineering

• Analyse retention graphs weekly
• Identify drop-off inflection points
• Restructure scripts based on data
• Improve CTR via title + thumbnail frameworks
• Design A/B testing loops

You must be fluent in: CTR | AVD | Watch Time | Completion % | Share Triggers

Virality Systems

• Identify pattern repetition across high-performing content
• Build repeatable viral architecture stacks
• Reduce founder dependency on instinct
• Turn creative thinking into documented frameworks

Team Upgrade

• Review scripts for structure (not grammar)
• Push creative teams to think in hooks, not headlines
• Build internal playbooks
• Upgrade our creative pods into thinking pods

Who This Is For

You are:

• 1012 years into content / video / growth
• Obsessed with retention graphs
• Have scaled at least one YouTube channel meaningfully
• Have broken format ceilings
• Think in systems, not individual posts
• Comfortable challenging the founder
• Emotionally stable under pressure
