Job Description
Our client in Mumbai is looking to hire a senior compliance professional with 12+ years of experience in REIT and InvIT Compliances, liasioning with SEBI and Stock Exchanges, SEBI LODR Compliances, Secretarial Activities etc.
Please note : Professionals who have worked with Funds / NBFCs / REITs / InvITs or Financial Services companies and have previously worked in a fast paced environment would be preferred for this role.
