Head of Compliance

Our client, a leading Indian MNC in the manufacturing sector in Mumbai, is looking to hire a Compliance professional with 1215 years of experience in building and managing compliance frameworks, legal risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and legal audit processes.

The role will involve driving implementation of technology-enabled compliance systems, overseeing multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory compliance, managing legal audits and compliance reporting, evaluating contractual and commercial risks, and building internal awareness on areas such as anti-bribery, sanctions, competition law, environmental laws, and data protection.

Professionals must have a law degree and should have worked in the manufacturing space.
