Job Description
JaCaCo is a growing manufacturer of real chocolate and cocoa-based ingredients, serving bakeries, hotels, ice cream companies and food manufacturers across India. We are part of a long-established manufacturing group with a strong global presence in specialty ingredients.
We are looking for a Commercial Head to build and lead our national sales and distribution network. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands ingredient-led B2B businesses and can drive growth through both institutional sales and distributor partnerships.
This role reports directly to the CEO and offers significant ownership in shaping the commercial direction of the business.
- Develop and execute national sales strategy
- Build relationships with key institutional customers
- Expand and manage distributor networks
- Lead and grow the sales team across regions
- Drive consistent revenue growth and market coverage
- Work closely with technical and operations teams
- 1015 years experience in B2B food or ingredient sales
- Experience handling regional or national markets
- Strong understanding of distributor-led businesses
- Track record of building customer relationships
- Comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment
Experience in bakery, confectionery, dairy or specialty food ingredients will be an advantage.
