Job Opening for Civil Head at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil & Gas division.

Education:

B.E/B. Tech Civil (Mandatory)

Experience

20 + years experience in Oil & Gas/ Infrastructure industry.

Summary:

Area of Responsibilities: -

• Understand customers expectations & requirement and percolate to subordinates
• Conduct trade and functional training programs for subordinates.
• Motivating and managing site personnel as team leader.
• Ensure adherence to standards established by the company
• Conceptual Planning of the Project
• Planning and Estimation of Site Infrastructure
• Resource Mobilization & its monitoring for effective usage
• Overall administration of the Project.
• Timely submission of monthly bills, labour bills, purchase bills & responsible for preparation and certification of Final Bills and reconciliation of material.
• Responsible to minimize wastage of Construction Material.
• Liaison with Client / Consultants.
• Timely completion of project within the time frame and maintaining quality of Work at all stages as per specifications.
• Preparation of budget, cash-flow and monitoring the expenses
• Monitoring civil works of all projects
